My husband saw Dr. Fakhoury as a new patient. He is a senior with complex medical problems and a recent hospital stay. The Doctor was extremely attentive and sensitive to all our concerns and reassuring about treatment plan. Communication with the office via the patient portal is efficient and prompt. Nurse Suzanne is exceptional. We feel that we are listened to and in great hands!

Took my child in for an ailment at urgent care. He was thorough, and ordered appropriate testing. Dr. Fakhoury was kind, friendly and put my child at ease immediately. Looking to make him my PCP.

I saw Dr. Fakhoury today and my 3 month old baby was with me in his stroller. This Dr. just walked in and didn’t even acknowledge me he just went and touched my baby. Touched his legs and his hands and his face! I didn’t see him wash his hands after entering or before exiting the room. I didn’t even have the chance to tell him not to touch my child, he just did it. I wouldn’t be so upset if he actually acknowledged me as a mother and asked permission before putting his possibly dirty hands all over my baby. As a doctor, he should know to never touch a baby’s hands and face! What if he was just dealing with a patient with an infection, measels, or some other contagious disease? Sure he MAY have sanitized his hands but I can’t know for sure cause he didn’t acknowledge me before touching! He is very kind, but that to me was extremely careless. Apparently his brain shuts off the second he sees a cute baby.

Fantastic docto . I originally saw him as an urgent care Dr and knew immediately that I wanted to switch him to my primary. Very caring and thorough. Just recently I went in for some chest pain and he had me set up with a cariologist and neurologist. Took the time out to address all of my concerns and assured me that we would get to the bottom of the issue
