Dr. Wai Leong Foo, DO

Dr. Foo has conducted many pain management treatments for me. He is always focused on what is best for the patient and very gentle. I have a phobia for needles but have never had a bad experience with Dr. Foo.

I have had to suffer from the call center! I cant Speak to a staff member or a doctor at any time I don't know if my messages are getting through from the call center when I call the call center I'm put on hold and then I'm directed right to voicemail I have been waiting for them to call in a prescription my Pharmacy says they have not sent it on they said they sent it in this is only the beginning of the problems I have with his office the only reason why I still stay there is because of Petit Patel I have a good relationship with him but everything else there sucks and I am angry now I'm going to have to find another another doctor because of the call center reason that you insist on having I've never had this problem where I can't call directly to the office and make sure that my messages are getting through I was waiting on hold for about 20 minutes cuz I'm just only giving you the option to leave a message.
