Waleed A. Eisa, MD

Dr. Eisa is exceptional. Obviously an extremely skilled surgeon but additionally a terrific communicator who does a wonderful job of explaining procedures, what to expect and how to deal with recovery. He has outstanding inter personal skills and does a fabulous job of putting the patient at ease. And with an incredibly demanding schedule and position he conveys a humble demeanor. I feel very fortunate that he is my urologist.

The care provider, Dr. Eisa Waleed, is very caring and goes a long distance to help and find solutions to my problem and requests. Most importantly, he takes his time to listens, explain to me. He also consults me on measures to be taken.

Dr. Eisa went over the results of the MRI, Biopsy, and the PET/CT scan in detail and in layman's terms so it was easy to understand and ask questions. Based on his inout and suggestions, I feel more confident that I made the correct choice, and look forward to my next appointment with the Oncology doctors to take the next step.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. I called to schedule an appointment for my spouse following a referral and was kept on hold for over 45 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. When I called back, I clearly explained that the situation was urgent. I was initially given an appointment for April 2, and after emphasizing the urgency again, I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one ever followed up. The next day, I called again and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. This time, I was told the next available appointment was June 3. This level of inconsistency and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It feels like patients are not being taken seriously at all. Healthcare services should not operate this way. People’s health is not something to be treated casually or handled with such disorganization. It is concerning that providers continue to refer patients to a place with this level of service. This kind of… experience reflects poorly on the entire system and should be addressed immediately.
