Dr. Waleska Santiago, MD

This is my 5 visit with Dr. Santiago and all the visits I felt very rushed. She is in and out, she barely touched my baby and ignore all my questions. I am kind disappointed.

I was taking my kids with her only because she speaks Spanish. But I got tired of her never spending time with us, not even for the well visits. She is always in a different mood. But most of the times she is very distant.

I only went to see her once since my daughter's regular pedi was not available and I found her bedside manner to be cold and she did not ask any questions even though it was just a well checkup. It was an uneasy visit and it was the most rushed I have ever felt by a pediatrician. I never went to see her again.

MY DAUGHTERS LOVE HER , SHE IS VERY NICE WITH MY DAUGHTERS AND SHE HAS PATIENCE WITH THEM .WHEN I GO TO THE OFFICE I DONT FEEL LIKE I'M GOING TO THE DOCTOR I FEEL THAT I'M GOING TO SEE A FRIEND THAT IS GOING TO HELP MY DAUGHTERS TO FEEL BETTER.THANK YOU DR WALESKA .

I am completely disgusted with the review of three stars on Dr. Santiago. She is a five star physician, without question. I am extremely picky about my medical care, not only for myself but also for my kids. She came highly recommended to me when I moved to this state six months ago and she is EVEN BETTER than who I had before. That is a busy office, I will admit and you do have to wait but it's worth it. She gives you the time that you need. It really is obvious that some people dont recognize a good provider/good healthcare when they see it. Go to her, you wont be sorry!

Long waiting,when finally got to see doctor felt rushed, questions got unanswered, unsatisfied overall. Bad experience.
