Dr. Walter Kern Sosey, MD

Not a good office. Rude staff and manager. Not good with elderly patients. Not caring and no patience for very sick. Will not accommodate service dogs even know it is the law.

Very Pleased with the Office, Doctors and Friendly Staff. Very seldom is the wait long, only if there is an Emergency which is understandable. Always treated with Care and Respect. My Husband and I both go and Hope we never have to change again.

A 62-year old woman that as extremely high blood pressure goes in to see Doctor Sosey and she say not one word because sosey was yelling at her and she has a severe heart condition along with other medical problems trying to explain why she could not take the medication he prescribed sosey made her physical condition worse blood pressure went up to 160 over 78 she had to go into the emergency room that very same day immediately after she had left Dr. Sosey's office for A possible heart attack. I strongly advise do not see this man this 62-year old woman son came very close to calling the police for harrasement.

Dr Sosey is just fine, he is very intelligent. It's that office manager woman. Tracy, she is just a horrible human being, she's rude and disrespectful to her staff right in front of patients. It is unnecessary and uncomfortable to watch her yell at an employee when you're just trying to make an appointment. Her lack of professionalism makes me question why Dr Sosey keeps her around.

The first comment left by an unhappy patient reveals all "he didn't help me with my pain at all." Sounds like he didn't prescribe the pain medication the patient wanted so they trashed him online.I have known Dr. Sosy for decades as he has cared for my family in Lake Havasu City. He is smart, kind, helpful, soft-spoken and won't waste your time and money on unrealistic and inappropriate testing or treatments. He is also very resistant to being manipulated, so don't try to sweet talk him into doing the wrong thing. He won't waste time sweet-talking you if you're on the wrong track. If you don't like his advice, its time to figure out WHY and re-examine your situation.If you want smart compassionate care, he's the one to go to - the only problem is getting in - he has many faithful patients. Its worth the wait.
