Dr. Wanping Hu, MD

the office makes appt but only call at their convenience . four hours later..the appt is ..still open and no phone call .. very unprofessional 2nd time on 3 weeks.i wish there was a way to give zero star

I recently had an initial consultation with Dr. Wanping Hu about possible problems with my latest blood samples. I went into the interview with many concerns and unanswered questions. My initial impressions of Dr. Hu were that she was very knowledgeable in her field and very interested in my condition. She was also very warm and amicable. Dr. Hu expertly explained to me the purpose of my referral to her medical supervision and she answered all questions I had for her. She was able to explain my medical issues in a manner which I was able to fully comprehend. I left the examination room confident that any problems I may have would be addressed and handled in the most professional manner.

A little worried after reading a couple negative reviews but she was amazing. She explained everything and most importantly she listened to our concerns.

Rude beyond words. She is cold and unable to show an ounce of compassion. Absolutely no bedside manner what so ever. My advice to anyone seeking a physician for the treatment of cancer...choose a different doctor.

Very caring and competent physician

She said that I had a certain body part that in fact had been removed years ago. I had to almost force her to read my chart and answer my questions. Very perfunctory doctor. Also made a rather rude and insulting reference to my physical appearance. Because I am a Kaiser member I have to continue seeing her, although I wish I didn't have to, so I am reluctant to give my name.
