Dr. Warren Wilson Boling, MD

I've had epilepsy from age 7 until age 50. Dr Boling took me under his wing and performed brain surgery in my left temporal lobe 3 yrs ago due to uncontrollable seizures. I have been seizure free almost 3 yrs. I'm blessed and greatly praise Dr Boling. Not only is he a smart great doctor but his heart and kindness are the best!!!?????

I have been complaining about pain after surgery for more than a year. Doctor Boling ordered test and scans and during my office visit told me that the hardware in my back was still good and in place. I mentioned again the pain feels like its tearing tissue in my back. Doctor Boling suggested I keep moving because I have arthritis throughout my spine. He also said the only thing they could do for me is implant a device for pain management. I rejected that. The pain is getting worse, I have occasional pain down the side of my leg, toes get completely numb. I order my test and scans for a second opinion. That was devastating! The findings in the patient portal did not match what I was told at the office visit. I was completely alarmed and have not been able to confirm which opinion is correct, the Patient Portal Findings or the Office Visit discussion. This is leaving me in limbo and totally afraid of what could happen with one crushed screw and another projected into some… other area in my body.

Dr. Boling is a great neurosurgeon. I had epilepsy for nearly 18yrs. It had progressively got worse over the years to the point, I nearly lost my life a few times. After failing epileptic medications, I was referred to Dr. Boling about surgery. He performed a Resection Surgery on me in 2013 and I've been seizure free for 2yrs now, as well as being nearly off all seizure medications. I highly recommend Dr. Boling to anyone who is thinking about this surgery to cure their epilepsy condition. I give him 5 stars!!!

I'm very thankful for Dr. Boling! He truly gave me back my daughter...and for that, I'm very blessed! He is truly a wonderful doctor!
