Dr. Warren Frank Brandle, MD

I was the one of patient who got insulted and humiliated by dr. Brandle. This doctor doesn't trust you. If you are the patient with chronic pain, don't go see him. This is the place for older people.

Everyone is great. The staff is like family

This Office told me to go somewhere else because she didn't want to look up my insurance information!! The office staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I needed to schedule an appointment to see the Dr. my 3 month old baby has a cough. The woman who answered the phone didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and sounded extremely unsure and like she did not want to help me. I told her my insurance company was blue cross blue shield and she said she wasn't familiar with that company (I told her I got this Dr. Office information from my insurance company's website which listed them as a provider that accepts my insurance) I spent 19 minutes on the phone with her, giving her all of mine and my daughters information and insurance info. She told me I could come in at 2pm today and asked if my daughter had been seen elsewhere, I told her yes. She asked why I didn't want to just take her to the doctor who had seen her before and then told me, "you don't want her to be seen by… a pediatrician? We are a family practice." ( I am looking for a family doctor for my entire family, myself my husband , my son and my daughter so we can all see the same Dr.) She then told me that I would be seeing the Physicians Assistant not the actual doctor and I was just about to ask her, can the Physicians Assistant test my daughter for whooping cough but before I could even say ONE word she quickly and rudely said, "You don't want to see the Physicians Assistant? Okay Hold On" she put me on hold before I could say anything! Once she got back on the phone she said, "all we have for a while is the physician assistant so you can go find somewhere else to take your daughter." I was shocked and baffled by here rudeness, and attempt to get me to go to another Dr.'s office. I told her I never said I did not want to see the physicians assistant and that I would find somewhere else to go. With the trouble, unproffesionalism, and rudeness I had to go through just to schedule an appointment there is no way I would proceed to schedule with this office. Never again.

Does as little as possible re diagnosis. .does not preform preventive medical care is not up to date on new medical procedures difficult to get referrals as needed by specialist will give a dianoises based on no actual exams re MRIs CT's. ....elderly clients treated as "random dianoises with no nurological testing"

Dr Brandle is an outstanding physician and is extremely knowledgeable. He has always spent time answering our questions, setting up lab work, and ordering prescriptions. PA Anita Makowski is also wonderful and easy to talk about medical problems. I thank Dr Brandle for saving my wife in 2008 by going the extra distance another physician may not have done. The staff has always been courteous to us and helped with referrals. I am keeping him!

I've been misdiagnosed a couple of times and they drop the ball on follow up. If either the doc or PA aren't sure what's going on, they'll do the obligatory labs, etc and never follow up after that. After being misdiagnosed and left to suffer in pain, I'm looking for a new primary. I worry if there is something serious going on they'll diagnose it incorrectly or show little to no interest in following up. A little unnerving really. They're good for common and easily diagnosed stuff, that's about it.

Never actually seen Dr Brandle, only Anita the PA. The staff are aloof and just short of being rude. Uncaring manner and almost no empathy. Went a few times, will not be back, would NOT recommend.

I think I would like DR. Brandle a lot more if he would spend more time listening to me. Although he has diagnosed a couple problems, he seems to be hurried most of the time. I know time is money, but how much does one person need? If he would spend 20-30 minutes when i had thing to discuss with him, I think he might find other things I need help with.All in all, I like him though.

great, once you get past the staff that does the intake in the room. All but one time an ok attitude. once - incredibly rude and insensitive. Too bad because the PA and doc are wonderful. But I hold off going because of the 'pre-interrogation'.

Dr. Warren Brandle is the finest general practice physician that I have ever had the pleasure to come across. He is knowledgeable, does not rush the visit, very good listener and overall excellent doctor! He has been my main doctor for over 10 years.
