I do not even want to give one star. This office and doctor is a fraud. They say they are authorized to perform DOT physicals. But the DOT themselves told us it was invalid and that dr. Ross is not authorized to do them. They lied and continue to do so. They even charged our insurance for it when they shouldn't have. At annual physicals they do an ekg that lasts less than a min, should be 5-10 minutes to get proper readings. So it's probably just done so they can get paid for doing it. Physicals are always different, some things are done some times and other times not. Dr. Ross pays more attention to my two young daughters at visits than he does to me, the patient. Lab work from one year to the next is not compared or they don't care as a concerning medical issue was shown and he specially wrote everything was "normal". But a specialist used those same lab results to diagnose an issue and feel the need to send me for more labs and surgery. Thankfully I took it upon myself to see… a specialist. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. I know that's what I'm doing!

Dr. Ross and his staff are wonderful.

For years I visited conventional doctors, disappointed in their service. Most tolerated my interest in the role of healthy living, and continued to offer prescriptions. Dr. Ross conducted an in-depth blood test and took baseline vitals. He embraced my alternative ideas and made recommendations for both supplements and resources. My husband and I are both 64, healthy, taking no drugs and employ Dr Ross's suggestions for good health. When I visit Dr Ross (usually only for a physical), I feel I am getting the best counsel that is currently available with a sensible mix of conventional and alternative medicine. I highly recommend Dr Ross and the services at Crossroads Medical Center

I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for over 7 years. He was recommended by my former Doctor who went into concierge medicine. I have absolutely no regrets, Dr. Ross is simply an exceptional physician.

I talked with Dr. Ross re: a family member, under his care, who has dementia and confusion around her BP med. The rx was sent to her home; however, we were unable to locate. I wanted to confirm that this med was ordered and let him know she was not taking it. In my opinion, Dr. Ross was extremely rude telling me the rx was at the pharmacy and I should call there. Then hung up on me. Later learned from a very helpful Rite Aid employee that indeed the rx was sent by mail order. In my opinion, Dr. Ross never actively listened nor recognized that there is a problem and that his patient is not taking this med. I have worked in a hospital for 30 years and am used to a collaborative care team approach. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect, rudeness and disregard as a family member. Shame on you Dr. Ross.

Spends no time listening to your problems, always seems distracted.

Dr Ross spent as short a time as possible with me, felt like I was inconveniencing him and his staff. Heâ??s condescending and his staff follows his lead. Mail's you your physical results that are incomplete and no personal follow up to discuss results and course of action. Would never recommend him.

Just lets his unqualified nurses make the diagnosis and order treatments. Then expects you to purchase high priced supplements for which he gets a share of the profits.

I questioned a $50 bill and Dr. Ross released me as a patient. I was very polite when inquiring about the bill that my insurance did not pay. I am very disappointed in his interest in providing medical care to patients and seems more interested in the business aspect of what he does. I do not recommend him if you want good medical care.
