Dr. Warren Henry Zelman, MD

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Zelman for many years. He is the best ENT: extremely knowledgeable, relentless in finding the answers, compassionate and always full of energy.

This was a very pleasant experience from the beginning. The office was clean and the staff was very nice. After the Doctor evaluated me on my consultation he urged me to get deviated septum surgery and a cartalidge graft. I figured hes the Doctor. I went into the hospital and went under anesthesia and he told me to count from 10 back words and at 9 he waved by with a big grin I was out. I do notknowhow long after being under I woke up while being operated on with the Anesthesiologist saying to Dr Zelman that my heart rate was extremely high and he did not like it. Dr Zelman said hes fine and I went back out. After Surgery I was in agony. I went back to the Doctor after 3 days to get the packing removed. He removed the packing while he was on the phone with someone. I had packing up to my brain and he was pulling it out and speaking on the phone to someone. I felt much like what a cow being put to slaughter would feel like. The good news is I can now breath out of the nostril that I… could not before surgery. The bad news is the nostril that was fine is not closed and the nostril which got the cartridge graft is deformed. RUN RUN RUN

Dr. Zelman is an awsome doctor. He gives more than 100% to his patients. We could not thank him enough for all he has done for us!

I recommend Dr. Zelman to all my friends and family, I trust him to care for me, do what's best for me, he sits and explains things until I understand them, has patience, he's kind and caring and funny. He personally calls to give me my reports, to see how I'm feeling. He takes his time with me doesn't rush me out of the chair. He's smart, knows what he's doing. I have 100% confidence he has my back and i would follow him no matter where he practiced. He deserves MORE then just 4 stars. Love him!

My general physician recommended that I see Dr. Zelman due to a strep throat that turned into chronic tonsillitis. My doctor was able to get me an appointment with Dr. Zelman right away which was fantastic since I was so sick. Dr. Zelman warned me that there was a good chance that I would have to get my tonsils removed but he was willing to give another medication a shot. A month and a half later Dr. Zelman removed my tonsils at Winthrop Hospital. I was 24 years old at the time, which is old for having your tonsils removed but it needed to be done. The doctor told me that I would need to take two weeks off from work which I did and definitely needed that time to recover. A few weeks after my surgery I felt better than I had in a long time. It's now 7 years later and i've never had any throat problems. Dr. Zelman gave me my health back and I will always be thankful for that.

i heard his reputation, but found him to be knowledgable, direct and ethical. i have no problems with him or his staff.

Very arrogant. Up until I had surgery he was very nice. On my post op visits he was rude and arrogant. He would walk into the exam room with out even saying hello.
