Dr. Hsiao treated my husband. He has great bedside manners and explains things in a way that's understandable. Immediately after my husband's surgery, he made the effort to call the fertility clinic on our behalf to minimize our time on the waitlist. Most doctors would just give you the number and send you on your way. I was very impressed that he actually called them right then and there. He's a very caring and compassionate doctor and it shows.

My wife and I saw Dr. Hsiao for a male fertility workup to better understand our challenges in conceiving. We are both between age 30-35 and are working professionals. I will keep this review short -- I could write a really long, amazing, detailed review filled with examples about the quality of care, compassion, bedside manner, attention to details, knowledge of the research literature, practical experience, positivity, practicality, and generally overall "he's an excellent doctor"-ness. We were both impressed with Dr. Hsiao's ability to quote and reference the latest literature and combine with his experience. His capacity to manage and absorb a lot of complex information is really impressive, and his follow-up and correspondence makes you feel like his #1 patient. Every couple's journey is different, however, I will say that Dr. Hsiao provides a comprehensive, insightful, tactical, reasonable, and supportive approach to helping you along that journey. After 8 month of treatment I found out he is just using me for his studies,he did provide me with a pills which I don't need ,not paying close attention to a blood test,after all his treatment fail and my result show even worse than before.
