Dr. Wayne Ira Levin, MD

After a year of telling Dr Levin over and over the recurring symptoms I was experiencing. He could not find anything wrong in any blood test so this was Dr Levin's diagnosis. First Dr Levin started putting me on several different anti depressants that sent me into a spiral and unable to function. Then this guy kept trying to tell me it's in my head and I should consult a psychiatrist. I have this in writing in a message he sent on the portal too. I begged him if he would consult other doctors on his team or send me to a specialist. He obviously got insulted by my request and his reply was if I'm not satisfied with his findings. I can chose another provider. I told Dr Levin it is Dr's like you that give Kaiser a bad name. Several months went by after leaving Kaiser. These medical events/episodes continued to increase until finally I got a 12 lead EKG while I was going through an "episode". If was discovered I was going though an A Fib event. Paying out of pocket due to no longer having… horrible, worthless Kaiser Insurance. I was properly diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. I've been prescribed an antiarrhythmic until I can get a procedure. I'm set up for a medical procedure called an ablation that is going to cost me tens of thousands of dollars. In other words I could have died from a blood clot to the brain or cardiac arrest due to Dr Wayne Levin's negligence by not prescribing a monitor be used to catch these A Fib episodes. I filed 2 grievances against Dr Levin with Kaiser and this medical group never followed up. DO NOT USE KAISER if you care about your health. They certainly don't.

Dr. Levin is and always has been with me a very thorough and caring physician. I was even contacted on the weekend to verify that his treatment plan for me was working well. He spends all the time that is needed to help.

Dr.Wayne does little as possible to help, he constantly disregards my concerns and request.

If you have anxiety or extreme panic disorder stay far away from this man. He will dismiss you. The response I got was “follow up with psychiatry”.... So in the meantime I guess I just suffer? I wouldn’t know what to do exactly since the above mentioned was the only advice I got from him. Thanks for nothing. Hopefully no one who is on the edge seeks help from him. They may end up in a very bad place.

Came in pain. Left in pain. Have been suffering with the same symptoms for 4 days. High fever. Soaking through clothes sheets. Said you have a virus I cant figure out, Flu seasons over. I don't want to do blood work or order labs. So Drink fluids take Tylenol or advil and suffer. Tylenol made it worse. Went back to advil. Missing big meeting and cant focus on my work during our busiest time of the year.

I thought Dr. Levin was very attentive and did not hurry through my appt even though it was a first time appt with Kaiser and I was told that the appts were running a little behind. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He was courteous and ordered my prescriptions, lab work and follow up referrals. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Levin.

Staff was most helpful to this Kaiser newby. Unfortunately, I felt the Dr did not really listen to me. I went to the appointment in pain, left in pain then experienced even more pain this past week. The Dr referred me to a specialist. No mention of pain relief or suggested course of action. A patient would be better off going to the emergency room

He dismissed everything I had to say. He misdiagnosed me which has ended up causing me more pain, money and time away from work.
