This place is the worst excuse for a medical office. Rub orders his staff around like everyone but he knows nothing. He changed my jobtitle in my legal documents because he thought it sounds better. He failed to order a test that changed my treatment. My life is over because of this. He said don't worry they will get the meds right away. . Never submitted the paperwork until I called to find out what is going on. Then I get a phone call from the ma oh we need your insurance card. Ok I sent it again for the forth time. This was precious time wasted as I am now crippled. The office staff doesn't answer the phone. The prior authorization person used her personal inimsecured email address to communicate with the insurance company with my personal information. Nurse practitioner refused to go over my blood work from the 9th time I was in the hospital. We don't do that here. What??? Really my doc doesn't give blood work that shows anemia, one white blood cell, stage 4 kidney failure and… other life threatening conditions. I was dx from the hospital that she told me to go to. My blood pressure was 78/56. But this office doesn't do things like telling their patients they are extremely ill. It's not that bad she said. Don't get upset now because this office is not equipped to do anything they say they will do for me anyway. My insurance was mentioned several times during my couple visits. Hey ruby it because of uncaring offices that people may suddenly become unable to work. I worked for over 25 years in the same field. No tests, no medicine, no phone call.. nothing. If you think that this is ok then certainly just try to get a person on the phone.

He is the BEST doctor I have ever gone to. He saved my life!

We are still working on my diagnosis, and it was a bit of a wait to get the first appointment in what I consider to be an urgent matter but other than he was very attentive and came in early on my follow up visit just for me because he was all booked up that day! My mom just moved into my area and we are looking for all new doctors and I definitely will be taking her to see Dr. Rubinstein.

Dr. Rubinstein has been my doctor for twenty years and has ALWAYS been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and truly kind to both me, the patient and any family members that come to appointments or IVs with me. He accurately diagnosed and has treated my disease with care and commitment. He ALWAYS treats me with respect and I have never seen him nor heard him treat his other patients any other way. I am in his offices for IVs on a regular basis besides regular appointments anywhere from 12 to 14 times a year. I am very thankful there is a doctor like him that actually listens to a patient.

Dr. Rubinstein is an excellent doctor. He exemplifies what a doctor should be: smart, caring, compassionate and genuinely concerned for the well-being of his patients. He has provided me with exceptional care during an extremely difficult time in my life. I am very grateful to him and his staff.
