Unprofessional staff. very poor customer service, they are very arrogant

New to the area and never had a PCP before, and after searching for awhile found this practice. Dr. Wu was able to get me in quickly for annual visit. Initially he seemed a bit rushed and computer-focused which I understand is needed for time and thoroughness but after a few moments, he warmed up and provided a good head to toe and history. As a new patient, I was expecting a bit of an outline of the practice, sick visits/calling in scripts, etc. but none was provided-I'll figure it out as I go. Also, no baseline labwork ordered but I also didn't ask. Overall, great experience.

Dr. Wu is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He is kind, compassionate, and caring. I recommend him to many.

Dr. Wu is an outstanding doctor whom I highly reccommend! I have been seeing him for over 10 years and he has helped me through things like major surgery and serious illness, and other not so serious general care things that still need to be treated in a compassionate manner. My first visit I could tell he took a genuine interest in my health. He listened to my problem and performed his examination. From that point on things kicked into serious mode. Dr. Wu strongly urged me to go to the ER for immediate treatment as he felt my appendix were about to burst. I was having problems with my insurance company and financial concerns had me dragging my feet. He really didn't want me to leave until I could reassure him I was going to the ER so he told me to take the time to address everything with my insurance company, then stepped out, pulled the door to, and gave me privacy. Things weren't going so well so he finally stepped in, spoke to whoever was on the other line, and… explained what he felt was going on. To sum this up, they quickly straightned things out on the administrative side and a few hours later I was in the ER. Sure enough, my appendix was about to burst. I've been a loyal patient of Dr Wu's ever since. He always personally calls me with my with test results and promptly returns my call when I have a question of any sort. He also provides me with solid referrals to areas outside his specialities. There have been some much needed personnel changes with the office staff over the last few years. New staff is so much nicer and pleasant to deal with. But even if these changes had not occurred, I still would remain a patient of Dr Wu. I go to him for his expertise and help, not for the staff. In fact, even when I moved 45 minutes further from his office I still remained his patient. I am always pleased to refer Dr Wu to any of my friends who ask.

Dr. Wu did not treat me for diabetes altough he knew I had it. He never visited me in the hospital although I have been there for major surgery six times since I have been seeing him. He does not give me options for treatment of problems but rather makes assumptions about what I want or need.

Always spends plenty of time with me. Don't feel hurried. I really trust Dr. Wu with my concerns.

My experiences with Dr. Wu have always been positive. He has been very helpful to me, spending more time with me than any other doctors, to help me get through my problems. My husband, who doesn't like doctors, is so happy to have Dr. Wu.

Dr. Wu has been the best doctor I've ever had, and I've had others! Always takes the time to listen, really does everything he can to figure out every problem, small or large. I've sent pretty much all my friends to see Dr. Wu.

My wife and I have been long time patients of Dr. Wu. We have always felt he has taken the best care of us. We have recommended many of our friends to Dr. Wu.
