Dr. Weatherford T Clayton, MD

I visited this doctor in 2008 for pregnancy care. He would make silly/rude remarks like "oh yeah, something is growing in there"! He asked me to lay back down on the half bed (women know what I am talking about) without bringing up the foot straps!! Try to lay on your back from waste up when your legs are hanging and not reaching the floor!! A very painful proposition. And he almost yelled at me and insisted I laid back down. I have never experienced such inhumane and cruel treatment by a physician! I am wondering if he also considers himself a passionate Christian.

Dr Clayton delivered both of our children and we were thankful for his expertise and loving/caring treatment. He is a personal doctor.

I couldn't agree more with the previous review. Awful experience and I will never go back to him if I have another baby. Every visit was like meeting him for the first time. He never would tell me anything for fear I would ask a question. He always seemed like he wanted to get on to the next patient. I learned nothing from his appointments.

A very disengaged man who has obvioulsy checked-out. I have gone to him for years and it is still as if he sees me for the first time. I've had to remind him of needed blood work and he's double ordered blood work because he didn't pay attention. He does not come across as caring by any means...my husband met him and immediately felt the same about him. I would never go through my pregnancy with this doctor. Year check-ups were fine. Office staff on the other hand were always very nice.

He does accept HMO's! He is the best doctor in Southern California.

This is the best OB GYN in Orange County! Dr. Clayton cares and he is very, very good. Too bad he does not accept HMOs.
