I was very satisfied at my first consultation with the LA Cancer Network at Cotton Medical. Dr. Chen and staff were polite, helpful and professional. They wasted no time during my appointment. Dr. Chen was clear in his communication and I was sent on my way within a short time. Parking was easy, too. They have a structure next door and you pay by smartphone (scanning the posted symbol).

Dr. Weber Chen is an exceptional oncologist-thorough, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain complex information clearly and patiently, which really helped me feel more confident and informed throughout my care. His calm, kind demeanor made a difficult time much easier to manage. The office staff is equally impressive- professional, welcoming, and always helpful, whether scheduling appointments or answering questions.
