I went there to have the second opinion in my cataract. After the technician checked my eyes, she wanted to put some eye drops in my eyes to dilate my pupils. I asked her, normally after how many hours of dilation I can drive. Somehow she got upset about this question. She said “I don’t know. You don’t need to tell me you drove here. You have to make a decision either do the dilation or come back next time”. After checking I asked her based on my situation if I should choose mono focal lens or multi focal lens. She said “I don’t know. You can only tell after the surgery”. I asked without choosing a lens, how to do a surgery. She said “I don’t know your eye situation, I can not do the surgery. Since I am not doing the surgery I cannot answer any of your questions. The only thing I can tell you is that you have cataract”. The way she talked was so rude, unprofessional, impatient and irresponsible. Please avoid this doctor.
