went for a initial consultation, that went well he asked for some information and to see him again. Made second APT, during that Apt all he did was text on his phone did not look at the scans and reports I brought him and did not answer any questions I had, he was in the room maybe 5 mins and he texted the whole time without ever making eye contact..

I was only able to schedule A PHONE APPOINTMENT for a neurology visit, as I was told "the first visit has to be on the phone or Zoom and if needed, the doctor will schedtests or an in-person vixit." Tbis was VERY UNORTHODOXED for a Neurologist, bur I played their way and ALL MY MRI RECORDS from Stanford sent to him for prior review...which did not happen. In the middle of him asking me "symptoms" he interrupted and said, "You should go back to your other Neurologist," cuz you need to be seen in person & I don't do that." He then said he was canceling our appointment and HUNG UP ON ME while I was still trying to talk to him about issues!!! SOOOO UNPROFESSIONA!!!

Dr. Wang might at first be a bit stand offish but after speaking a couple of times I find him funny and attentive. I gave him only 4 stars because his office staff needs some training and it's a problem when there is a need to communicate with the Doctor.

I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS ITEM SOONER. NINE YEARS AGO I TALKED TO DR. WANG ABOUT A MIGRAINE ISSUE I HAD FOR MANY YEARS. I WENT TO A NUMBER OF DOCTORS IN THE AREA, THEY ALL SAID TAKE ASPIRIN, TO NO AVAIL. HE PRESCRIBED TWO MEDICATIONS, I HAVE NOT HAD A MIGRAINE HEADACHE IN NINE YEARS. THANK YOU, DR. WANG.

My Dad has been seeing Dr. Wang for 5 years for his neuro issue. Dr.Wang was never rushed and answers all the quedtion we had. One thing about him that we trul6 appreciate is that he does just prescribe you a load of medicine and shoo you away, he takes time to ask you questions and explain why we need to be proactive to be health rather than depend on medicine. My Dads situation is much better now and much less complicated compare with his friend, whobtook a lots of medicines and only recently discovered his kidney is damaged by the chemicals. We thank Dr. Wang for his approach in helpng his patient.

I think he primarily works with sleep medicine and he may do that quite well, but for migraine treatment, I found him seriously lacking and frustrating. He just doesn't listen. I started getting bothersome side-effects from the Topamax he prescribed, like a persistent and painful leg cramp, which he kept saying might a pinched nerve in my back. I told him "no, I don't have a pinched nerve, this only started when I started the medication and leg cramp is one of the possible side-effects" and we kept going around and around. I think part of it is that there is a bit of a language barrier and another part is that he doesn't really listen. He gets his idea and then just sticks with it. Also, from my research, I think he started me on a higher dose of the medication than is recommended, which may be why I got so many side-effects. When I brought this up, he kept asking if I wanted him to prescribe the 15mg pills (a dose he didn't even know existed until he looked it up), to which I… kept having to say "no, it's too late now, I'm already on a much higher dose, I can't really go back now and start over." I had to say this 3 times. He just doesn't listen.I will say that his office staff is really nice and I was never kept waiting, but I think I'd be better off at my GP's office from now on.

Dr. Wang is my new doctor. He is caring and professional. I was supprised to see the other one gave him one star. After I read the comments, I blieve the person clicked the mouse wrong.I will give him four stars. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr Wong is attentive and taking care of me from start to finish. Great experiences, highly recommend!
