Trusted doctor always give lessons and volunteers in community. Very kind and patient. Never rushes and always takes time to listen. I will be very sad if had to go somewhere else. Always see the doctor when I come.

Office lady is nice, nurse is nice, doctor made me feel comfortable and was nonjudgemental.

I have seen this doctor for over 10 years, he is the only one I can go to. Will be sad if he retires.

have seen doctor for over 10 years. Never problem. Easy schedule and nice office. Dr QU is always reliable and answer my question well.

Needed quick walk in appointment. Had to wait months for one at my and other clinic. ER doesn’t do anything waited hours and was going crazy. Called this office and was told I can walk in but wait is long. I waited 45 min but was able to see the dr and he explain why I need blood tests. Came back in two weeks told me what was happening. Had a quick procedure done in his office, didn’t have to go through scheduling months and waiting at the hospital because it was outpatient procedure. His office is licensed for procedures. Thank god!!!! Now I have ease of mind to know I am okay. I could have died if I waited any longer in the Emergency dept. I am mad about that but happy dr Qu has own practice and is able to see me on short notice always. I am ok with waiting. I recommend him to anyone with urgent problem for females. My husband also very happy because he was able to talk to dr to ask questions. My husband is a college teacher so he is smart and explains what dr says to him back to me… too.

Treated for infertility and was able to get pregnant after trying for a year and going to other OBGYNs.

Was asking for my lab results and was told abruptly by the office staff that I had to pay $40.00 for the results. The Dr. finally brought them out but refused to talk to me

My mother was having pain after a procedure done in office. She was unable to tell me what procedure was done and had no understanding of anything so we called the office. The girls who answered the phone had poor phone etiquette and told us it was a busy day and didn't really care that my mom was in pain. She told us to come in because we would be better able to discuss the procedures in person. Upon arrival we were not greeted and front desk staff stared at their papers while dismissing us to sit down. We told them that we just want to get her record during the last 2 visits. We waited 2 hours (which was fine with me because we were technically walk-ins) and I asked them again if they are sure that we have to see the physician for a copy of her records and she said we had to (rudely and again with no eye contact). Finally we got called in to see the doctor. My mother was not comfortable seeing him again but he insisted that he did a full exam anyway. He said that the exam was normal… and just told the that the procedure should not have caused her pain. He was extremely dismissive and did not explain anything. It's surprising that he's such a sensitive field with his kind of demeanor. Also, I find it strange that there are so many mixed reviews focused on the front desk staff and perfectly after each poor review. Keep in the mind that all the poor reviews have the same theme. For your own good, stay away from this place.

Doctor was no friendly and do not explain too much at lease u asked he questions. Office machince was old, i went visit him when i was 4 week pregnance, after 3 months, he just find out baby was not heart sound.
