I was shocked to learn that a mandatory 3D scan was required when I arrived for my appointment—something they never mentioned when I booked. I was also forced to pay a steep copay (around $200) on the spot. The staff were very rude, and after I declined their ridiculous expensive treatment quote, they refused to send the records to the other clinic I chose. I had to go back multiple times just to get my 3D scan files because they kept giving me USB drives with wrong or unreadable files. Completely unprofessional. And now, to make things worse, I’ve received three insurance bills—each nearly $700—for services I never even used. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Very professional, nice to deal with, and patient. The doctor and his staff are very caring for the patients and maintain excellent follow up with patients before and after surgery. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent surgergical work with outstanding follow up service. Would / have highly recommend to friends /business associates. Staff is courteous , helpful at every stage of the service, and extremely professional. Rating 1 (lowest) to 10 ( highest) - would rate= 10! DrHE

Final charge is much higher than "estimate". With full amount of insurance payment, still need to pay additional $2k+ even without crown. Their coupon is useless. Administration is lousy also. Appointment is disappear from their computer. Even "forgot" surgery appointment while arriving. System computer down many times.
