Wendell R. Malalis, MD

Dr. Malalis is a good doctor and is pretty nice. he is easy to talk to... during appointments only. The office never returns phone calls, when you need to speak to your doctor he is never around or in the office to return your call. the office staff is TERRIBLE. they screw up prescription refills all the time. I have been on a medication prescribed by dr. Malalis for over a year and EVERY single month that I have had to get my prescription refilled Its ALWAYS a fight.. They prescribe you a medication with 3 refills and on the bottle it says (use before xx/xx/xxxx) they always put the WRONG date so the pharmacy wont fill it. or the pharmacy will call and tell you the dr. denied it and to call your doctor... when you call no one will call you back and if they do they will tell you that the pharmacy is lying and that its not their (the doctor's office) problem. also if you ever have to get your medical history or anything like that from the office or need them to mail your information..… they wont do it, and then when you call to find out WHY in the world they don't comply with ANYTHING they try telling you they never got any paperwork or letter etc.. which is a lie. they let it sit and if you call to try to speak to ANYONE the rude receptionist will cop a snarky attitude with you and place you on hold mid-sentence when you FINALLY call enough times and go in circles with them enough and finally have to resort to going down to the office to talk to them in person they magically have the paperwork that they said they never got or they magically have fixed your prescription... needless to say I DO NOT recommend going to this office unless you want to play games every month.

Dr Malalis is a young doctor who is exploring new medicine to give his patients better treatment. His office is busy but they get everything done. I am glad to have found him and look forward to seeing him again.

Im not sure why he went into this field. He seems to care less about patients. Does not explain things well. Has no answers to questions a doctor should know. Dismisses symptoms, does not listen and will not explore further. Not a good endo!
