Dr. Wendy Lee De La Pena, MD

Dr. de la Pena has been treating my child for over 5 years now. She has always been approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive with her care. I feel blessed to have found a physician that knows and cares about my child and is willing to work with us for the best care possible!

SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR, SHE IS VERY UNDERSTANDING. WE GOTTEN A CHANCE TO GET TO KNOW DURING YEARS OF VISTS. SHE IS VERY CARRING AND ALWAYS IS ON TOP OF CONDITION. WE LOVE HER VERY MUCH, SHE HAS HELPED OUR CHILD DEAL WITH CONDITION, EMOTIONS ON DEALING WITH CONDITION. HER STAFF AND TEAM MEMBERS ARE EXCELLENT AS WELL, WE CAN ALWAYS GET IN A VISIT WITHOUT LONG APPT WAIT.

We had thought we were going to find some answers to help my sixteen year old daughter get healthy but nothing was offered except more medicine and more blood tests. We have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and hyprothyroidism but no solutions. I think my daughter's hypothyroidism is not being managed properly and I have to do all the research myself. I understand Dr. De La Pena is a rheumatologist, but it was disconcerting that when my daughter was having fevers of 105 and 106, we could not even get in to be seen. No one cared.
