Dr. Wendy Lee, MD

I met her & I liked her. My only reason for writing this is that ,I have Fibromyalgia & without my pain meds & other meds I be in a lot of pain especially if the high humidity of this summer. I have been out of 3 doses of my pain meds. To say the least it has been painful. The OTC are doing nothing & Walgreens does not have my prescription yet. This is a plea to please call in my meds .

I'm so glad I found Dr. Lee. She knowledgeable, thorough, kind and very patient and understanding. She takes time to listen and she help me understand my issues and my options. She's a great rheumatologist!

If I could give 0 stars to this Awful human I would!! My mom goes in to her office today for her appointment mind you my mother has had 2 open back surgeries and is in a walker! The very mean Wendy Lee will barley speak to my mom and she proceeds to tell my mom she can’t help her and so my mom ask why she didn’t like her and of course she can’t answer and just sits there playing with her hair!?! As my mom is crying bc of the attitude this person has towards her! My mom leaves and as she walks by Wendy lee she tells her karmas is very real! so Wendy walks in front of my moms walker and throws her folder on the seat that is connected to the walker and say “I’m done with that” like you are a horrible person and you are exactly what is wrong with this world today!!!! And my moms right KARMA IS Very real! And I pray so hard this comes back at you 10 times worse!!!!! I only wish and pray I didn’t live in CA bc I’d be up at her office as we speak talking to this woman about the way she… treated my mom who is my entire life! YOU don’t treat ppl this way especially when you don’t even know them and clearly you can see what they have been going through by her records!! You would have had an entirely different day if I would have been there WENDY! NO ONE EVER WILL TREAT MY MOTHER WITH DISRESPECT!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

They took sixteen xrays and the next week when I followed up she said they were for future reference. I ask to see them and she indicated she wasn't sure if they were in the office and would call that day or the next. Never heard anything about them!

I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Lee.

Office staff rude and unhelpful. Took months to contact me for appointment after my primary MD sent referral. Told me they did not accept my insurance even though found out later they did after taking $250.00 out of my pocket and took forever to get returned. The whole office staff needs a class in service line provider care when insurance reimburse now depending on ratings. I would suggest a entire office staff overhaul and start fresh just keep the MD's. The office staff clearly does not care to make money for payroll and has no empathy for patients. This is not a general practice office so patients that come here are sick and scared. The entire staff should learn compassion also. I have Medicare and a supplement. Have yet to pay anything at all at a visit. My insurance even pays my deductible, part A and Part B. I went to Dr. Lee, she ordered testing and told me she needed a check for $300. I asked why as I have never paid anything and they assured me that this is what happens when you get 'specialty testing'...what? I sat in her office on the first visit for almost three hours, no exaggeration. I thought because it was the first visit they were taking longer (however, they weren't with me, I was sitting in a chair). The second visit was worse and I actually walked out. I wish I had taken my $300 with me or, at least, reported them. They did nothing for my condition, nothing for me and I changed Drs immediately. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Lee is one of the finest, smartest and compassionate doctors I have had the fortune to have in my life. Dr. Tim Hunter recommended her to me 10 years ago. She has treated my fibromyalgia, arthritis and the stress related to the problems in connection to these diseases. She has seen me at my worst and had made me my best. Thank you Dr. Lee.
