I have had other urologist and staff that were just get me in and push me out. Dr leng was gentle and patient when discussing treatment plans and exams

She wouldn’t listen to my concerns with the pain I was in; She just related to me that my numbers were normal and wanted me to go back to my primary. Walked out of the room hastily with out saying anything to me nor having any concern of how upset I was. Horrible bedside manner. I left crying and In pain that she says is normal. She wouldn’t do any treatment or further evaluation for the current Kidney cyst I have and per her it shouldn’t cause any pain. Don’t waste your time with her. She won’t help.

Very good listens and not rushed through visit. Seems to be very educated,knowledgeable, and experienced doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Leng since 2014 and have the upmost confidence in her. She is an excellent physician and so caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Unclear as to what is customary and reasonable prior to procedures and surgeries. No clear office policy in writing per same, waits until days prior to surgery date to ask for co-pays and deductibles in full.

I love Dr.Leng she is very courteous and considerate of your privacy . Her staff is very caring and profesional I recomend her to everyone I km=now that needs a ureoligist

I am not sure what that other comment was about. BUT my office visit was outstanding.The staff was friendly and the front desk help was unreal. I had never been to the Kaufmann bldg before and she was so helpful.I was able to getan apointment in just 2 day's. I would recommend her to anyone.GREAT JOB Dr. Lengyour pt
