Dr. Wenjing Zhou, MD

The staff are really rude, cruelless and not professional. Not easy to make appointment. They are too busy. Too much patients. My daughter was really sick and we were late on that day. The doctor refused to see my daughter even tough she is suffering of coughing. She has pain on her stomach. They reason because they were busy. By the time I left no patient was waiting . I was begging them to see my daughter even though I can wait for 2 hours. But they still refused. I had to wait until next morning to call my health insurance to change new doctor. What kind a doctor can refuse sick patient? The doctor responsibility to safe and cure patient but not let them suffering.

The worst and cruel doctor that I ever had. My daughter was really sick. They kick me out of the door.

Front desk staffs need training for the simple jobs as scheduling emergency appointment. Rude, clueless staffs but pretended have more knowledge as a pediatrician.

I regret that I did not check her out on Yelp. This doctor is truly "clueless". She spent 3 minutes with my sister's daughter and concluded everything was fine until we wento to another doctor and found out she had asthma.
