Front desk lady was rude. They made me lose a day of work and drive 25 miles just to tell me they don’t take my insurance. Very unprofessional why couldn’t tell me when I called and gave them my insurance information. Never going there again.

Dr.Andrade is a top of the line surgeon and just human in general. We had a very particular case with my mother and had quite a few opinions on what she needed to do with a massive polyp that ended up being a tumor. On my mothers first, visit with Dr.Andrade, he knew exactly what needed to be done, explained thoroughly his suspicions and concerns. His assertive and yet compassionate nature made our family feel at ease and confident to move forward. He took care of my mother on a huge surgery, as if he was taking care of one of his own family members. He truly takes his time to explain everything and does wish the absolute best for his patients. Working with only the best, he will not accept anything less than the utmost care, which needless to say includes his staff as well. We are so grateful to have had him & ANYONE who chooses to be treated by him & his team are very lucky.

Did not follow up and did not sent record upon my request, instead sent me blood test result of 2011. Did not charge my insurance company and billing me direct $850 bill for colonoscopy . Called my insurance company AvMed and they paid him $850. Now I have been stormed $201 for the follow up fee from his billing department. He is a good Dr. with bad staff who did not know how to bill the insurance company, AvMed.
