Dr. Wesley William King, MD

I was immediately impressed with Dr. King. He personally escorted me to his office ahead of my scheduled appointment time, and set about making me comfortable. He was extremely thorough with his questions, and he was very attentive when listening to my symptoms and issues. And instead of just jumping on the first and most obvious diagnosis, he continued asking questions and thinking about WHAT ELSE it could be -- something very, very few doctors take the time to do. Then he began explaining in detail what he thought my issues were, and WHY he thought so. And he offered treatment options and involved me in the discussion and decisions. And he would NOT let me leave his office with any unanswered questions, and was comfortable with the entire visit. Hey, this doctor rates tied with #1 for the best physician I've had in my 70+ years of life. (He tied with my primary doctor -- I'd feel bad if I didn't put him at first, too!)

Dr. king took the tone to listen and really find out my issue. He called me with lab results within 2 hours. We formulated a plan together. Bedside manner is impeccable, he takes the time to listen and care about his patients. Blessed for the referral to him.

Dr. King is a wonderful neurologist. He took extra time with me and listened to me. He believed that I was having complex partial seizures which other doctors did not believe I was having in addition to grand mal seizures. He ordered inpatient seizure testing which led to a temporal lobectomy. I highly recommend Dr. Wesley King as a neurologist.
