Dr. Whitney Fox Jones, MD

Excellent Dr. I was referred to him when every other dr was left clueless. Unfortunately he now only performs surgeries/lectures. The asst who took over his patients is very good. But the office staff, primarily the Office Mgr leaves much to be desired. I am now in need of a surgery that my insurance will only pay for in Cincinnati. Although Dr Jones has NEVER denied me a referral (he's saved my life twice now. Once by referring me to a specialist in IN), I have contacted his office every week for 3 months now trying to get my medical records & the referral I need. Because Dr. Jones is no longer available to his patients, my requests & needs keep getting bounced from Asst, to the asst of the Asst, to the Office Mgr, back to the Asst, then back to the Office Mgr, and still nothing! I probably could have had my surgery by now, if it wasn't for the inconsiderate employees who currently hold Dr. Jones' patients lives in their hands! If you can't see Dr Jones, I strongly urge you not to use… the office on Terra Crossing in Louisville! They don't care about their patients. Just their paycheck!! :(

I give Dr.Jones office very poor reviews he's an awesome Dr however his employees are known to break the HEPA law it happened to me personally as the patient who was has a rare pancreatic disease was fired. His employee who broke the law coincidently who was datinng my dad at that time still has a job there today. She release personal confidential information to my family about my disease. And got away with and IT. Employees are a dime a dozen totally Replaceable. a patient with a rare pancreatic disease is not replaceable I only have one life. I literally have to go to Vanderbilt Tennessee to get help with my pancreas,and it still affecting my personal life today my dad and I just started talking again after 9 years. a so if you don't mind your personal information been given out by all means go to Dr Jones he's a good doctor but his employees are known to break laws. a patient should be more important than any employee.

Had to wait due to an emergency but after meeting Dr. Jones, seeing how intellegent he is, how quickly found my problem and his plan to completely clear my problem he is a god-send!!! Found him extremely kind and compassion and relieved my fears and worries. I would highly reccomend anyone with stomach problems to seek Dr. Jones.
