Whitney Isaacson, FNP-C

Whitney Isaacson is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in pediatric gastroenterology.

She believes in the power of listening when it comes to her patient relationships.

“It’s easy to underestimate the importance of listening,” she said. “I strive to listen to patients and collaborate with them as a member of their team, not as a manager of it.”

Isaacson chose to specialize in pediatric gastroenterology because of the opportunity to work with children.

“I have a sincere love for children and am so excited to serve them as a provider,” she said.

If there is one piece of advice Isaacson wishes to impart on all of her patients it is to strive to be positive and happy.

“It impacts much more than you realize,” she said. “Good health will come as you apply positivity to your life and do the things that make you truly happy.”

Isaacson was drawn to the nursing profession because of her love of helping people and because of the flexibility and good work and life balance it offers.

…Isaacson earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Eastern Arizona College in 2012. She continued her education and received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Grand Canyon University in 2020. From there, she earned her advanced practice nursing degree in 2022 from the University of Phoenix.
