Our Main Line office is located on the 1st floor at 600 City Ave. in Havertown in the building where is Alliance Bank and Havertown MRI, next to Havertown Post Office.

We have another office located in downtown of Philadelphia at Broad and Vine St. in the Hahnemann University Hospital building on the 4th Floor in South Tower.

We use medical and interventional methods for treating a variety of acute and chronic neck and back pains due to injury, degenerative and cancer spine conditions including Spondylosis, Disk Herniations (HNP), Degenerative Disk Disease (DDD), Spinal Stenosis, Spondylolisthesis, Facet Joints Syndromes, Compression Fractures, Radiculopathies or Sciatica type of pain, Postlaminectomy Syndromes, Coccygodynia, Post-Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN), Complex Regional Pain Syndrome type I and II (RSD and Causalgia), and Spasticity.

We perform neck and back epidural injections, transforaminal injections, facet joints diagnostic and therapeutic blocks, joint injections, …sympathetic blocks, a variety of other nerve blocks, radiofrequency (RF) ablations (rhizotomies), vertebroplasties, discographies, IDETs, disk decompressions, spinal cord stimulator trials and insertions, morphine and baclofen pump trials and insertions.

We value your time. We do the majority of procedures on the day of the visit. Your visit usually does not last longer than two to three hours (including time for the procedure).
