He abused me (verbal) in private, then wrote in my chart that I had a personality disorder to cover himself.

Kind of crazy that there are this many reviews saying the same thing. He just doesn't care. Should you have a health issue that isn't quickly resolved, good luck with Dr. Williams. He never once followed up with me while I was dealing with a new chronic illness. Getting to see specialists was like pulling teeth. Avoid.

He is often distracted and irritable. He's a sloppy practitioner who can't remember anything from one visit to the next. Doesn't bother to read my charts.

Had an appt today. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. He only came in after I spoke to the supervisor and to 2 different nurses. I was very upset. He came in and finished in less than 7 min. He did ONE physical assessment despite my symptoms. I felt discriminated and neglected. I had other questions and other symptoms but he dismissed me as if I was a bother. Truly awful experience.

I do not recommend. He's been my primary care doctor over the past year. I chose him since Im pretty healthy (early 40's), do not need much care, and he was available. Have noticed the 2-3 times I've needed to see him he's just too quick - doesnt really listen. He's honestly in and out in 2 minutes (truly, not exaggerating) . Not really listening; clearly hadn't read the previous doctor's appt, and had the usual "give it a couple more days" even though it had been days with no improvement... (as a result I had to go see another doctor that spent 5 minutes listening, and I got a rx that solved my simple problem) Look at the other reviews here on vitals.com...20+ reviews, 3.2 stars - all saying the same thing. So, please go see someone else...

What kind of doctor laughs at someone’s symptoms. Rushed me and was offensive.

I've been seeing Dr. Williams for a few years now, and I understand his point of view. I'm just an obligation to get off his checklist for that day. And I normally comply with that, I let it pass because I'm in good health. But he's getting progressively worse and on my most recent visit he wasn't aware of the medications he had prescribed me and I had to remind him about possible contraindications. And he was argumentative. Maybe they're overworking him at Kaiser.

Dr. Wilfred Williams is a friendly person unfortunately is kinda lazy he is always as his office and let patients waiting for long periods of time in waiting area or examination rooms. I've been his patient for years but now he is more and more slow to see patients in my opinion is just a lazy person while other doctors in the same clinic are examining patients he is just sit down in front of his pc for long periods of time while patients just waiting till he remembers he is in a work place and we all need respect for our time not only professionals. everybody's time is important Dr Williams remember that.
