Listened to my Concerns and gave me proper care.C-Rays that we’re given were not time consuming but fast accurate and easy.

Dr. Acker is a wonderful surgeon. I felt confident in his care. He is professional and kind.

Dr Acker is a very caring physician. He takes the time to listen and work with you during your rehabilitation. I’d have him care for me again if needed.

Apt was on time, no long wait. He explained everything very thoroughly. He listened to all of my thoughts, concerns, studies I've read and he had a great treatment plan for my nagging elbow issue. Really lucky to found a great orthopedic surgeon!

We have seen a few docs at MOS and Dr Acker is by far the best. He is an excellent surgeon and is always respectful and caring. He takes ample time explaining things and answering questions and we never feel rushed or dismissed. The offices are really well run and they do a good job of getting you in quickly when needed. Good communication for appointment reminders and billing via text and email.

I was greeted within seconds when I entered into the lobby, and brought back into a room within just a few minutes. The staff was so friendly, and Dr.Acker was kind and explained the results of my tests and physical exam. It was a very good experience, and I’d recommend this practice to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgical consult.

Very short waiting times which is important because it shows respect for patient’s time. Dr Aker is always very pleasant and explains treatment thoroughly.

Always a joy to see Dr. Acker. He takes the time to answer questions and listens thoughtfully. He provides options for treatment and always recommends the least invasive first.

Although my appointment was scheduled at 2:45 pm and I arrived at 2:30 pm, and at 4:15 pm, I unfortunately did not get a chance to actually see the doctor. The receptionist assigned to checking me in, checked me in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. I waited patiently to be called up and told what had happen. Immediately after that I saw the medical assistant, he was nice and professional, and I was quickly taking back for a x-ray, staff there was nice and professional. And then the waiting again, I set in exam room waiting for the Dr to come in to discuss my care. I could hear everyone around me talking to caregivers and no one every came in to advise on what was going on. I sat in the exam room from 45 minutes and then realized I had to leave to pick my child up from school by 5. Requested to speak to someone who appeared a few moments later and she proceeded to advise that Dr Acker was a great Dr, however I never got to see him. No one apologized for the mishap, the receptionist that… made the error stated "I must have hit the wrong button when she was trying to save my information". The receptionist who caught the error stated that she was ready to go home when I asked to speak to someone. I didn't even get to see the Dr and had all these concerns before even getting to meet him. I was told that the Dr is busy and has longer wait times, which I can understand but I was waiting and wasting my time due to error made by the receptionist. My time is just as valuable to me as Dr Acker time is to him. They attempted to schedule me another appointment later the month in the afternoon however I declined and requested a morning appointment since I was advised that the wait time for Dr Acker is about an hour. I do have to go to a farther location for the morning appointment but hopefully the staff is friendlier and more efficient.
