Dr. Arnold is detailed, knowledgeable, professional. He did my husband total Hip Replacement and now he will be doing my bilateral knee replacements. I am excited to get my new knees.

Dr Arnold has been my Doctor for over 10 years and has done two joint replacements on me. He is excellent with his caring and compassionate bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable with his experience. He is a truly gifted surgeon who handled my surgeries with ease even though they must have been tough due to my medical conditions. Thank you for taking care of me, Dr Arnold. Very nice doc - genuinely interested in the problem that I was presenting with and generous with his time.

Two years ago, Dr. Arnold did a total left hip replacement and created a 1 ½ inch leg length discrepancy (LLD) on my left side. I did not even know what the term meant when it happened. This actual length of the LLD was not recorded in the medical records because no one measured, and if they did, they refused to record it. To add insult to injury, 4 days following the initial flawed hip replacement, Dr. Arnold wrote on my medical record that I already had a LLD, which was a lie. Immediately following this flawed surgery, he said he could not correct it because it would cause me to always be at a high risk for hip joint dislocation. Two days later, he changed his mind and recommended another total left hip replacement, which he did 13 days after the first surgery to try to correct it. He did not correct anything but did leave me with a horribly swollen leg for months needing months of rehab and a huge limp for life. To add to this tragedy, he put my leg back together in a strange way… so that I am left with a protruding left upper femur, preventing me from ever sleeping on my left side. And, I must wear a ½ -1 inch lift on all of my shoes, which is expensive and difficult since I must find shoes with a sole thick enough to cut and have the lift applied. I also was left with a severe coccyx injury that after 2 years, still hurts.

My husband and I, have both been patients of Dr. Arnold. We would like to thank him, his assistant Brian Hellinski, and nurse Linda Blackmore for the high professionalism and kindness they have shown us. They have demonstrated the highest humane qualities and we will be forever grateful for being treated with deep care, consideration, and understanding. I loved how Dr. Arnold took time with me at both my visits and then called the day before my bi-lateral total knee replacement surgery to talk to me about what to expect. Since I wasn't able to speak with him on that day before, he then took time before my surgery to explain everything to me . Dr. Arnold shows tremendous care for his patients and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of Hip or knee surgery. I had a wonderful and very successful experience with Dr. Arnold and his staff including Linda and Brian, the surgical hospital in Bensalem, all the staff in the hospital as well as the Dr. Arnold's staff for post surgery visits.

Dr. WM. ARNOLD has operated on 4 adults including myself in our immediste family. He is thorough, exact, full of compassion and obtains the greatest results. He is kind, gentle, and listens to his patients. I give him the best recommendation to anyone contemplating hip or knee surgery. Our family holds himin the highest regard.
