My first sinus surgery was complicated by an accidental nick to the artery near the bridge of my nose. Scar tissue developed and blocked the sinus passage, causing me excruciating pain. A second surgery was necessary. Afterwards, my sinus became severely infected. It took many, many visits and a very high out-of-pocket amount to finally heal. My suggestion is that a person thinks twice before having sinus surgery.

I went to Dr. Bauer with severe and persistent sinusitis. The infection was partially the result of a really bad broken nose. He checked it out with MRI and showed me my bone structure and sinuses compared to "normal". He did the surgery, then another MRI, and showed me the perfect job. His office is efficient, friendly, doesn't waste your time. He is engaging, probably the smartest person I've ever met, and fun. Even gave me a copy of my sinus snapshots for my Facebook page. Almost painless. Didn't even need aspirin.

Dr. Bauer spoke from experience as well as obviously good traing. He helped me get rid of my sinus problems when many other doctors gave up or wrote me off.
