Been going here for 9 months and trying to get an appointment is a nightmare, not only that, but they have ignored my concerns about my ear pressure issues and all of my concerns about my sleep apnea have been ignored until about my 6th appointment and after paying close to $350 in co-pays they tell me that I "need to find another doctor to help me with everything" Greedy doctor that wants to fill up his appointments and give you the run around on each appointment making you feel like you've made no progress

If you value your life do not put your trust in this practice. My first visit i had a small growth on my tonsil. I asked the doctor is this cancer? He laughed after scoping me and said No! You have tonsil stones and acid reflux, everything looks great! Go home gargle with salt water 3 times a day you will be fine. After doing that for about a month nothing changed but the lump was getting bigger. They wouldn't let me see Dr. Greene until i spent almost $500 on an allergy test just to find out that i am allergic to horses, and cockroaches which i am never around either of those. I asked for a follow up appointment. The PA comes in and goes over the results with me. Again my wife and myself asked the PA are you sure this isnt cancer? She said no it is tonsil stones nothing you can do besides keep on gargling with salt water. Fast forward 2.5 more months i switch doctors and go to a different ENt surgeon. As soon as he looks at my throat he said that's cancer! Now i am almost 5 months… with this crap THAT SHOULD HAVE BEDN CAUGHT IN THE BEGINNING. DR GREENE SHOULD HAVE ORDERED ME TO GET A CT SCAN AT THAT TIME. but he was so rushed with me that he just gave me a piece of paper with some medicine to start taking for reflux and instructions for treating the tonsil stones that he said i had! ! I am so over all of these Doctors anymore. None of them care about anything but the money. They are all so over worked and make so many mistakes these days. And the patient has to deal with the consequences. I am having a procedure done tomorrow now to check this cancer and see how far along it is now. This could have been avoided and caught 5 months ago if the Doctor would have done his job better. It was a abnormal growth and that should have trown up a red flag to him so that he would have had me get a ct scan or something to catch this and stop it early on. Now i have a huge journey ahead of me that i am severely depressed over and not looking forward to which will cause me to lose alot of time from my business and family.

Dr. Greene was the most organized, efficient, courteous doctor I have seen in a long time.

He’s an idiot. He painfully shoved two hoses up my nose and said come back in five days. Common sense tells you it’s impossible to breath, eat,drink and sleep for five days with a mouth open. It was necessary for me to seek out other medical help within 48 hrs.

I had been plagued with sinus issues andz shortness if reath for years. Dr. Greene and his staff quickly determined a course of action involving three surgical procedures. The procedures were done promptly at the same time. I had no pain or discomfort during or after. I now feel as if my nasal passages are not even there....that magically the air just fills my lungs. Cannot recommend the practice, doctor or procesures any higher or I would.

DR. Greene took the time to LISTEN to me after I spent close to 9 months going to doctor after doctor with no resolve. He figured my issue out in one visit and within a week I had the balloon sinuplasty. This is now week two after surgery and I'm back to myself again, no coughing, stuffy nose, sinus drainage AND no more acid reflux!! I can finally sing a lullaby to my son at night without coughing!

He was so quick to find out what was wrong with me, so thorough in all the tests he ordered and throughout it all he had the ability to make me feel like he was in control.

i am extremely please as to how i was treated..

Dr Green is amazing. His bedside manner is superb. He let me know everything he was doing during my sinus surgery. I have never had a long wait time to get back to see him on my scheduled appointment. The staff is friendly and made the experience less nerve racking.

Dr Greene & his staff are very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with the service they provided me. The only needs for improvement comment I have is that it took what seemed like forever to schedule my surgery, but that is due to the scheduling lady apparently never received my messages. Other than that, I absolutely ADORE all of the staff and the doctor!
