Dr Czerny is a wonderful surgeon. She did my thyroid surgery and I had a great outcome. Very happy I chose her.

I came in to my ENT appointment with questions about why I was having drainage , sinus pressure, eye drainage, and gave her my ct scan she was saying i could have asma or copd i have never had this issue just because i have sinuse drainage so it drains in my throat so i tend to cough and also she stated i could have acid reflux and have no sighns of this issue or dont have gerd so that was irrelevant also, , she also said i needed a lung dr cause i cough seldom from drainage i told her this i dont get out of breath or weeze and see a heart dr she goes beyond I still did not understand her theory of diagnosis and I had questions, in order that that we could be on the same page. The doctor couldn't address my questions that didn't lighn up with her theory of my questions and she just said i cant explain it so how can u say someone as something without medical back up she got offended with my questions and we was told to leave
