Always careing and and thoughtfull Perfoms a complete exam at every visit

My family and I have been going to Dr. Berlin for a few years now. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Berlin.

I moved back to NJ two years ago, I just lost my husband , and had several issues myself. By sheer luck I found Dr. Berlin, and his amazing staff. I found in this Doctor , a person with empathy, and compassion. Toni welcomes you with a smile always. The Doctor actually calls you with test results! If he is extremely busy his nurse Carol calls back ASAP. She always ask if you would like the Dr. to call you back when he is free.? Which he always does. These are the people I know , I’m sure everyone not mentioned is a person who cares , Dr. W . Berlin wouldn’t except less. He is a very smart man. I trust him, I don’t trust to many Doctors. He extends his kindness by even letting me know test results so I don’t worry, when he needed to send me to a specialist. Your his patient and he cares!

Dr Berlin provides a thorough exam, discusses patients history, reviews records and meds. I am very satisfied.

He wasn't very caring. Acted very cold with me when I was going through a rough time.

I waited in his office for an hour and watched him talk to the nurses about non-medical issues. When I finally got back to see him, he did most of the talking and insisted I had a problem in which I didn't. When I tried to say that wasn't my issue I was dismissed and left wondering if he heard me at all. I was disapointed in my visit from start to finish and I left without getting the medical attention I needed. Some people just aren't cut out for their jobs and he is one of them, if your looking for a dr, do yourself the favor and find another

Dr. Berlin is a terrible doctor. He walks into the patients room without looking at them. He sits in a chair with his back towards the patient. The patient describes their problem and Doctor Berlin seems to make a decision about what's wrong even before he checks the patient. I had an ear infection. My entire side of the fact was swollen and it was very painful. He gave me an antibiotic and told me that I could return to work the next day. I was in excrutiating pain. The next day I went to the ER. They admitted me to the hospital. The infection had spread through my bloodstream. It was life-threatening. The only thing worse than Dr. Berlin is his staff.

This Doctor & his staff are the worst. You can not even flush the toilet in the dirty office. Doctor told me I had a sinus infection & I ended up in the hospial with a bacterial infection. Have to constantly remind him I had an organ transplant & he still would give me the wrong meds. He has zero beside manner, very rude & so is most of the staff. He was actually yelling at the staff & they we're yelling back right in front of me. SO UPROFESSIONAL!!
