Dr. William John Bicket, MD

Dr. Bicket is one of the finest doctors I have ever known. He takes his time explaining the procedures and puts you at ease. His work speaks for itself and he continually wants to make sure the results are the best possible. Before you choose a plastic surgeon make sure you visit this outstanding physician.

I considered a breast reduction for almost 10 years but lived in an area where I didn't have many options for a plastic surgeon. I was in a car wreck 18 years ago, which broke five vertebrae in my lower back, leaving me in constant pain. Dr. Bicket put me at ease, did an incredible job and I am so pleased with the outcome I would recommend him to anyone!!!! He even did some extra work, I had two spider bites on my stomach and he opened them and leaned them out, thank God he did because I had MRSA in them! Great doctor, incredible staff and happy patient!

This man is great. I have had breast implants and also a face lift I would never and I repeat never let anyone do my work but Dr. Bickett He is the man with the magic hands Would never trust anyone else

No bedside manner whatsoever!

I don't like to say anything bad about him or his staff as they seem to be nice ppl. HOWEVER I will never see him again after several incidences. The worse being, I am a recurrent breast cancer survivor who went to him for a 2nd reconstruction. (U have to have one approx every 10 yrs) He was only plastic surgeron my ins covered. I was worried that they might find more cancer & asked him while he was doing the surgery to please check a "rash" that came & went on my breast. He said he would. Also said he could feel if there was more cancer. When all was said & done including a collapsed lung that I'm not sure if I can attribute to him or not, he said the "lab said the rash was inconclusive & to see my dermatologist." Truly he out & out lied to me if my suspensions r correct. I went to see derm several weeks later for some cream for this rash. She took a sample & I certainly was not thinking cancer as Dr Bicket said he sent it to his lab. The results came back & she said there was… absolutely no doubt & she couldn't understand how any lab would say it wasn't. I was too upset at the time to make a proper complaint. After a while I started remembering times w/ Dr Bicket. For instance when he said he was going to send some fluid to lab to rule out infection. When I asked results he & his nurse never answered me directly. Just said it looks fine. The fluid is clear & it would be cloudy if there was infection. I don't think they sent this sample to lab at all. Thankfully that one was ok as far as I know now. The cancer I have is not agressive otherwise I would not be posting this since I waited so long for treatment on Dr Bicket's word. Perhaps this is not his calling as somebody else suggested. Perhaps he is lazy. I have a few other things that happened w/ him but that is the worse. Look after yourself & don't believe everything ur told just cuz he is a doc. Seriously, I wouldn't let him operate on my cat after my experiences.

I have had multiple cosmetic procedures by Dr. Bicket. I have been more than pleased with my results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bicket.

I was referred to Dr. Bicket by my oncology team. I trusted the judgement of the doctors that referred me. BIG MISTAKE. I had a bilateral mastectomy and Dr Bicket did the reconstruction. First, I asked for a B cup, he gave me a large C. second the breasts are uneven (one up one down) they are different sizes(one is a big c the other a little c cup, if that makes sense) The fat graft scar site is so enormous and jagged I look like I was a trauma patient instead of a plastic surgery patient. It has been over a year since my last surgery with him and I still have pain in my arm and breast. I have to wear a bra ALL the time because otherwise the pain is worse (The implant slipped and continues to move around in my chest wall, it hurts when it shifts places) I have consulted other plastic surgeons and when they see the scars the face they make is of pure horror. I haven't had the strength to go have it fixed and other surgeons are reluctant to "fix" others work. They did tell me he is using… outdated techniques and outdated implants. It was bad enough to have to go through cancer and chemo but now I got mutilated by this so called plastic surgeon. It looks like he does surgery on one side in the OR; every thing is pulled to my left, my breasts, my bellybutton, my abdomen... very sloppy work...wish I read reviews instead of trusting my doctors.. DO NOT GO to him. In addition, I should have known better when his receptionist was rude and she acted like she was doing me a favor. I am still traumatized by the whole experience.

Dr bicket and his staff were very prompt to the needs of my child ... She was born with a cleft palate and lip in 07 and he repaired it in 08 since then my child hasn't had any complications with her surgery it like she never had that conditions no marks or scarring it's amazing how it's not even there ... I think he's a good surgeon in that department I was going to look to him for my breast surgery but now I'm second guessing it .. After reading these reviews

Please DO NOT go to this doctor. I had plastic surgery and breast reconstruction surgery done at the same time by him. It turned out horrible. My breasts are deformed and require at least 2 more surgeries to correct the mess he made. The plastic surgery done on my upper arms has left me in pain and unable to have full use of my right arm. I have seen 2 other plastic surgeons so far and both have been appalled at what he has done. Go online and read ALL the reviews. My story is similar to many others out there. He may be covered by your insurance plan but it isn't worth it. You'll end up like me going to another surgeon to fix his mess and spending even more money. I don't usually write reviews but I knew I had to write this one. I felt the need to warn everyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.

Very sloppy work and does not stand behind his work...I had a breast reduction in 2005 and will have to have this surgery redone. Would not recommend this plastic surgeon unless you need an Insurance Company to pay for it, as he is one of the few plastic surgeons that excepts insurance. But remember, you get what you pay for.
