Dr. William K. Boss, MD

I saw him under Rauscher, Bikoff, and Boss in Hackensack around 1991. I went there needing a flexor tendon graft for my left middle finger which he completed successfully. (work injury) Shortly after, I developed a contracture He said I needed an open and or closed capsulotomy which he later did in his office. I awoke from the surgery with him telling me he apologized but my finger must be amputated or fully fused right away. I said no way but could tell there was something major wrong with it since the procedure. I then got an an xray somewhere else and determined that in an attempt to straighten it he totally broke the bones and snapped the extensor tendon. He wanted to bury his mistake and remove my finger. I then went to a world renowned hand surgeon in NY who did the best he could but I am left with a severely deformed finger and a substantial handicap of my entire hand. Even the workmen's comp judge suggested that I sue for malpractice. Not as easy as it sounds.

I am a 52-year-old active and healthy woman, and when I looked in the mirror, all I saw were wrinkles, prominent lines, and excess saggy skin around my eyes and mouth. I researched cosmetic surgeons on the internet in my area and decided to go to Dr. Boss for a consultation. I was looking for something more permanent because I felt that the money I put into fillers and Botox over the past 5 years added up or probably cost me more than a surgical procedure itself. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by his professional and pleasant staff and immediately led to one of the examing rooms. Dr. Boss came right in with a friendly smile on his face, and I explained what was making me unhappy when I looked into the mirror. He presented to me several options, both non-invasive and that required cosmetic surgery. Dr. Boss was professional, confident and explained my options thoroughly. I felt extremely comfortable and reassured that he was the doctor that I would trust to do… the surgical procedure on my face. DR. BOSS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND I AM THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS!!! I now look in the mirror and smile thanks to Dr. Boss and his impeccable skillfulness and expertise.

Being a patient at Dr. Boss' office has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical practice. Everyone in the office is so kind, caring, and attentive. Dr. Boss is extremely thorough, and provides the absolute best care for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone that asks!

This is an old review - if you have kids, keep away from this man at all costs...When I was 4 I had a cut near my eye that required stitches; I have vivid recollections of how evil this man was. I was strapped down to a bed to keep me still (I can understand that being a child), but I was physically hurt. He pulled my hair back and kept me pinned to the table the entire time getting stitches (only causing more angst and pain). It was enough that as a 4 year old I was able to let loose from an arm strap. Suffice it to say I had stitches (once in the exact spot near my other eye 2 years later) and had pleasant experiences with those doctors. This is a person I hope to never come across again.
