Dr. William John Brander, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. William Brander for more than 15 years. At 77 years old, I have had a few different GP’s, and, while most of them were very good, none was as good as Dr. Brander. I am often astounded by the breadth and depth of his knowledge. I assume that it is attributable to his training as an Internist. Equally important is that he stays current on new developments in medicine, and he approaches problems in a comprehensive and holistic manner. He always listens attentively and responds in a kind and caring way. When I emailed or messaged him, I could always count on a reasonably prompt response. He helped guide me through several complex problems, including dealing with a Zenker’s diverticulum. Thanks to his care, I have recovered quickly from illnesses and regained my vitality quickly. I have recommended Dr. Brander to all my family members.

Dr. Brander has been my family doctor for over 30 years. He has proven to be the best doctor I have ever met.He provides compassion with his knowledge and offers the very best in healthcare anywhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brander's for more than 15 years. He actually LISTENS and follows up on everything until there is a successful conclusion. I would not see anyone else, given the chance. The only complaint might be the ONE receptionist with a sour disposition. Everyone else is really caring and respectful, especially Dr. Brander.

Dr. Brander is one of the kindest people I know. He spends as much time as needed during an appointment and I never feel rushed. My family all are patients of his and we all love him.

I went to Dr. B as my primary for a number of years. He's a good guy with a great bedside manner and knowledgeable. He could be a little dismissive of what I guess he deemed smaller concerns on occasion but otherwise a good practitioner. His office staff is another story. They are hit or miss at the front desk and could probably do with a little updated training on customer service/people skills. But one staff member in particular already mentioned by name (Debra) the office manager, by title only in my opinion, is a ridiculously intolerant woman with a common disregard for Dr. Branders and the other doctors of the offices patients. The strange thing is she can actually come off helpful and friendly initially and turn on you the next second in a rude, overbearing and unprofessional manner. I would suggest to Debra to seek the doctor's consul in finding a remedy for what might actually be an underlying personality disorder. Just my opinion though... Hope this helps.

Dr brander is a wonderful doctor, however Debra at the front desk claims to be office manager is a rude,snotty unprofessional who if cannont work with the public and should seek employment elsewhere this is my 2nd complaint please replace her or you wil lose many patients.

dr brander is an excellent doctor however, the awful woman at the front desk whos been complained about numerous times still works there? she is rude on the phone and rude in person i wont ever go there again just because of that.

office staff is horrible i could not agree more with the other 2 comments.
