Dr. William H Bromley, DO

I have been a patient of dr bromley for 11 years. I have always had excellent treatment. He is thorough and a great diagnostician. He listens to you when your speaking to him. I have always have foundhis staff to bekind and respectful.

I have never been treated so poorly by doctors’ staff before in my life. My whole family sees Dr.Bromley & he is phenomenal... but his staff is why I am switching primary doctors.

I have been going to Dr. Bromley since 1995, he is excellent as a physician and person. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, understanding and very through with examination. I would highly recommend Dr. Bromley to family and friends.

I have been his patient for 5 years and I have met him ONCE!!! I only ever see his NP who is great but never him. Not for annuals, sickness, emergency nothing!!! Sandi who is in charge of referrals is the worst very rude. Takes months to get an apt. Weeks if its an emergency type thing. I'm switching my doctor now and have gotten attitude about why I'm leaving obviously the attitude is the reason. If it wasn't for the NP I would have left long ago but now it's time.

It took over a month to get an appointment with this guy .My wife has been going to his office for over about 2 years now and after all this time her problems have become worse.Their answer to her problems are well,,try this medication it may help.Also his policy is for you to sign off on your credit card so he has full reign to use it at his discression.Do yourself a favor get a real M.D. and NOT a D.O or a nurse practioner.. Believe Im going to pry my wife away from this hack as soon as I can find her a legitimate doctor..

Dr Bromley and his nurse practitioner are actually ok but the staff that works in that office make it impossible to be satisfied. Referals require 48 hr notice. I had my daughter in the ER on a Sun with extremely swollen tonsils. I needed a specialist immediately and I found one to take me that day. Kathy at Dr Bromley's office gave me such an attitude and hard time on the phone about a referal for an emergency situation. She went on about how she had 30 ahead of me. I asked her if all 30 were having a difficult time breathing like my daughter. She had me on hold for 20 minutes then got back on the phone and said that this is not the normal procedure. I understand that but she had just given me the names of specialists to call for appointments. I didn't plan for this to happen. Then I was hung up on. I've had issues with other staff recently as well. CHOOSE ANOTHER DR!!!!
