Dr. William Edward Brown, MD

My daughter made an apt with Dr. Brown for a renewed prescription of her birth control. My daughter is married and has had only 1 partner, however I don't believe Dr. Brown even bothered to look to see that she was married. She is 22 and still resembles a high-school girl so perhaps that is why he put her through a sex ed class when he came into the room and lectured her on multiple sex partners. He then proceeded to advise my daughter, a Biology major, how fast sperm can travel and if a partner ejaculates outside or near her vagina, that she could still get pregnant. My daughter has NEVER been spoken to in such a manner. This is very unprofessional and he definitely crossed the line. No way will she being seeing Dr. Brown again.

I used to really like Dr. Brown, but over the last couple of years, I feel like every time I see him he's too busy to deal with me. His bedside manner has plummeted! The last two visits with him, I felt as if my visit was a major imposition to him. Even some seemingly snide comments on his part. I'm done. I will not see Dr. Brown again.

I would not get any type of surgery done by this Doctor.
