I had a stent procedure done by Dr. Buchanan. A mistake happened and I was left with no left peripheral vision in both eyes. I was told "we are reviewing the procedure", your head may have been tilted down which allowed plaque to block a small vein in your brain. "I'm sorry". I can not drive and lost my job.

My boyfriend has a-fib and other health problems, has felt terrible recently and thinks it is his heart. He called Dr. Buchanan's office this morning and three hours later they have not returned the call.This is outrageous.

Called to make appt had to leave message. Called twice today...still waiting for them to call me back. Obviously they do not need new patients since they are too busy to answer phone or call back. Never had to leave a message at doctors office to make an appt??
