Dr Carter, I don’t know if you will ever see this but I wanted to say how very much you are missed. You had a fantastic career and as a RN who worked alongside you at RSFH you were loved and admired. Noone can hold a candle to this brilliant, fine doctor who cared for my husband for 35 years, my son for 25 years and my father. Thank you Dr. Carter for everything. I was disappointed that Dr. Carter did not carefully listen to me while I was explaining my symptoms. He conflicted himself with his diagnosis for my condition. The wait from my scheduled appointed time to the time he entered the examining room was over 90 minutes.

Dr. Carter takes his time to fully understand and help his patients. Don't be surprised if you have to wait beyond the time of your appointment. Dr. Carter will not be in a hurry with you when your turn comes. He's worth waiting for. His office staff is always helpful.
