Horrible experience. Felt like I was being judged.

Needed to have an abdominal catheter put in and he would not even come to Hutch Hospital to see me. Now have to probably go to Wichita. What a loser.

I understand a businesslike demeanor, but this guy was like talking to a cardboard cutout! He mostly kept his eyes averted and rushed through both the initial consultation and subsequent cystology. I know time is money, but there should be some consideration shown. And he was not forthcoming with information. He offered little and avoided direct answers to some of my questions. This extended to his assistant Mindy as well. I won't be back.

Dr. Cho is a very good Dr. who has served his community amazingly well! At times he has been the only Dr. available within the community and does everything he can to help so many in an aging population.

Dr. Cho needs a strong lesson in customer care. His mannerism with our patient was the poorest I have seen in the industry. He did not seem to care about patient or the results of his surgery.
