Dr. William Weiming Chu, MD

Waited almost two months to see Dr. Chu. The office called me to change the appointment to a virtual appointment. I agreed to the virtual appointment, as I have done that before with his office. Waiting and waiting for his call. I called the office and they said I denied the virtual appointment. Absolute lie! And, Dr. Chu was too busy to see me on a virtual call and to reschedule. This is not the first time that the front office had inaccurate information and records. Ones medical care is not solely in the hands of your doctor. It is also in the staff surrounding the doctor, as well. Very unprofessional and unorganized front office. Will look for another doctor who also has a front office who knows how to do their job correctly.

Truly one of the best Cardiologists in the country. We are very fortunate to have him here in Law Vegas. His reputation among his peers is impeccable! Highest possible rating!
