Dr. William Clay Cohen, DO

Suffice it to say that I filed claim. It was a nightmare experience. He was rude, condescending, insensitive and caused me unnecessary excruciating pain for an otherwise simple procedure. Caused my ear to bleed for wax ear compaction removal, which another doctor did without incident. His license should be yanked. Nothing positive to say about his staff either.

I went to Dr. Cohen today for an appointment, this was my first visit with him. He was great. He took his time, I didn't feel rushed, explained everything clearly, and I left feeling good about my situation. He even recommended not doing anything when he could have easily said I need a bunch of work and follow up visits. Honest man and great doctor.

I wish I would have read reviews before wasting time with this doctor. Wait times routinely exceed an hour, constant appointment cancellations. Spends very little time with patients to get through as many as possible in a day. Refuses to listen and thinks his "expert" medical opinion is more important than how you know your body feels. Got a procedure approved and have been leaving messages to schedule for two months and have not received a single call back. Don't waste your time with this "doctor"

Absolutely unacceptable service. My throat is extremely painful, and they can't see me for almost 3 weeks. Then they call me the day before my appointment to cancel it saying they didn't look at my referral, and now that can't accept it. Completely unprofessional that they treat patients this way. Find a doctor's office who actually cares about you, because this is not the place.

Based on other research it appeared to be a good doctor but poor quality office staff. Speaking from experience, office staff is beyond terrible. Rarely answer phone, never returned our calls and even after finally meeting the doctor he called his staff while we are present to setup asap surgery, we never received appointment. And I should mention, when we arrived to the appointment, it again terrible office staff. Don't waste your time with this office staff. Can't rate the doctor, after 4 attempts at trying to schedule we gave up. It's been 9 months and we never received a call back.

My family physician referred me to Dr Cohen… My initial consultation with him was normal… He took his time and explain to me what he saw was wrong with my nose and how he would proceed to repair it… So I booked an appointment for surgery, he perform the surgery and there after told me that it was more complicated once he got inside my nose… but he did the extra work that needed to be done, postop apts went smoothly, bedside manner still very good, took his time explaining more to me as he was removing bandages etc. from the surgery.. Going to have a neck/mini facelift with this doctor, I trust him! He’s also removing my tatoo(s)!

Made an appointment three weeks in advance. They cancelled the day before and couldn't see me for two more weeks. Was having pain in my nose. Had to go somewhere else. Wish they set aside openings for these situations.

His interest is money and cosmetic and facial injections. Do your research find another Dr.
