Dr. William Dugoni, Jr., MD

He and his brother did an almost 6 hrs surgery and saved my life by doing one of the first GIST surgeries back in 2003. At that time Gist was incurable. I’m forever greatful. He also did my wife’s breast surgery back in 2008 we ar both cancer free all those years lately.

Dr. Dugoni performed a lumpectomy on me back in 2013. Thank God my results came back ok. Words can’t describe how scared I was. He took such good care of me. I still see him once a year for follow ups. Hands down one of the best surgeons. Very thorough and warm-hearted.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dugoni for over 5 years. I have a strong family history of (young onset) breast cancer, and am diligent about my health. He has excellent clinical skills and always clearly defines his findings and my options. During one visit, he was in the room next to me talking to another patient. I could hear her crying and knew she was getting bad news. He stayed with her for about half an hour. He apologized profusely for making me wait and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. We went right through his lunch. That's the kind of doctor I want on my side - competent and caring.

He is the worst doctor ever!!!! Never see this doctor, he is horrible! He has no professional skills, plus his hair do makes him look like a hippy, which ironically meets his skill level quite well. He is a horrible doctor, NEVER, NEVER NEVER go to him!

Dr. Dugoni performed a lumpectomy on me for breast cancer; he exhibited very little compassion for me, acting in a brusk, cold manner, even though the cancer was advanced. He also did not exhibit a clear understanding of the nature of breast cancer. I was in incredible pain after the surgery and he was unresponsive to my concerns and needs. I ultimately went to a renowned breast cancer surgeon (a real one, unlike Dr. Dugoni), who was appalled at Dr. Dugoni's surgery methods and at Dr. Dugoni's recommendation for further treatment/surgery. I am so thankful that I was able to find a good surgeon at Stanford. The surgeon at Stanford saved my life.

He is an arrogant, mean backstabbing doctor ever!!! He is not afraid to walk all over his patients as well as OTHERS to get a head and earn a quick buck. He is awful! Never go to this doctor unless you wan t to come out of surgery dead!!!

He is the worst doctor ever! he does not care about his patients!I can not believe anyone would go to him! he is the worst worst most selfish, greedy, backstabbing doctor ever! I had the worst experience with him! Take my advice and see someone else!

I developed appendicitis right before a planned trip to Italy with family! The saving grace is that the surgery itself went extremely smoothly and with virtually no need for pain management. The recovery has been very swift and must be a testament to the quality of the surgical procedure.Thank you, Dr. Dugoni.
