The office staff was always courteous and helpful. Dr Tell did a great job explaining what I needed and how to go about it. Very understanding.

Dr. Fell is great. His office staff is rude and the long blonde haired girl (who would not give me her name) lied to me. She said she called to cancel an appointment weeks ago when they actually had NEVER called me. In fact, I even got appointment confirmation emails (which I answered) a couple of days before the appointment and also got directions to the office emailed to me the morning of my appointment. This is certainly NO WAY to treat a patient (customer)!

Really appreciate how quickly i was scheduled and office experience was good ,Dr Fell answered my concerns

Dr Fell removed cancer from my neck through the added difficulty of a recent and incomplete operation by another ent. He is very direct and honest about what needs to be done and extremely good at doing it. Their staff is awesome to work with. 1-10 i rate then 7000????????????

Dr. Fell explained condition and was very clear about treatment. He expedited the appointment with the next doctor who will administer treatment. His enthusiasm made us feel so happy by the time we left his office, even though we are facing a very scary disease.

Dr. Fell was the first doctor to give me a reason for my problem. I can hear now, at least better, & I now know why this problem keeps happening. I recommend Dr. Fell to anyone with a problem with their ears.

Friendly staff, make you feel really comfortable and everything handled and a timely matter.

Dr. Fell and his staff were amazing. Dr. Fell was very thorough. Not only in his exam but also his explanation. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He made me feel I was the only patient he had in the office. And the lobby was full when I arrived. The wait took a while. But, that’s never an issue for me when I receive the kind of care that I received.

I will be 80 years old soon, have been to MANY doctors in my life, and must say, that this morning's visit (my first) to the office of Dr. Fell, left me feeling very comfortable, very sure that I will be taken care of, and know that all that he can do for me will be done in a professional and excellent manner. Anne, who set up my surgery appointment, was also very helpful. So happy for this referral. ------- Virginia Cox
