Dr. William Robert Fitz

Dr. Fitz assessment of my back issue, thru description of pain and x-ray also MRI. He recommended a surgeon. Surgery l2 thru S1 fused. 3 weeks into recovery, my nerve pain is gone.

Dr. Fitz performed a nerve scan on my hand/arm—very pleasant visit. He then explained the results clearly and told me that my surgeon would see me on next day for treatment.

My nerve conduction test by Dr Fitz was very professional, prompt, and accurate. I would not hesitate to contact him again if I needed services in his area of expertise.

Excellent physician. Great office staff.

I have been a patient of his for past three years with arthritis and torn muscle diagnosis and he has been an excellent diagnostician . I have just taken my father to him recently with lower back pain and am very pleased to see his health issues taken care of with all tests needed .

Doesn’t listen. Believes he knows the answer before you ask. Rude!

This doctor is rude, doesn't bother to read notes on his patients and doesn't follow through on what he says he's going to do while in the office. Example: medication never phoned into the pharmacy. Made me feel bad about myself as if I did something wrong when I received an injection at another time from my primary care physician.

There's other doctors

Had 2 epidurals done for stenosis in L 1 and L 5, mostly nagging discomfort in butt and tingling in hip across to groin. Never any leg/foot problem. 2 hours after surgery my toes went numb and still are. I am very upset. The tingling is also worse and more constant when standing/walking. Worried that this cannot be reversed and might progress into neuropathy of feet? It think the procedure was rushed and the stuff put in too fast, was hurting and/or not the right spot? How can this happen with today's technology? I believe these procedures should be performed by an anesthesiologist which I asked about but was told dr Fitz has done this for 15 years. Should do no more. Are there records on the outcome of these procedures? There should be.

I have seen Dr Fitz several times. I think he is a very caring physician. He had found things other doctors missed
